What is your return policy?
In-Store Purchases:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the original receipt.
- For returns made after the 14-day period, store credit will be provided.
Final Sale Items:
- All Online Orders Are Final Sale: Please note that all purchases made online are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom furniture orders, live plants, personal care items, food products, vintage items, holiday, clearance items, and online orders are final sale.
Returns for these items are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and provide us with photos and description of the items and a picture of the original packaging.
For furniture items, any visible damage must be noted on the proof of delivery.
Claims for damage or issues must be reported within 7 days for approval.
Refunds:
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for damage, defect, delay, or missing items.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
- If more than 14 business days have passed since the refund was processed and you have not received it, contact us at hello@wildirishome.com.

How do I book an event in your studio space?
Our studio space, Common Company Studios, is available to rent for small events, photography purposes, classes, you name it! Send an inquiry to info@commoncompanystudios.com and we will provide you with all of the details and availability.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Shipping times can vary depending on size, selection, and item availability. Local in-stock items generally have a delivery timeframe of 1-2 weeks. Larger furnishings that require a shipping quote will generally arrive no later 6-8 weeks from order date.
